If your TCard has been damaged, bring it to the academic affairs office at the Institute (North Campus) . We can replace the card, using the original photo or a new one. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to the academic affairs office on extension 5638 or at 066-7145638. Your lost card will be de-activated and you will not be responsible for any charges to the card after it is reported missing. Where funds are deposited on the TCard, the balance after the original card was reported lost or stolen will be transferred to the new card. A fee will be charged for issue of a replacement card. Please refer to your student handbook for the appropriate fee.

You can also cancel/suspend your own card if you find out it is stolen or lose it. Logon to http://tcard.ittralee.ie and enter your User ID and password and choose the 'Suspend Card' option.

Please Note if you suspend your card you will be charged for a replacement card.

If any lost cards are found please drop them into the Computer Services Helpdesk in North or South Campus (S200 or C111) or to the academic affairs office in North Campus.
