A TCard will be issued to all full-time students on the day of registration and to some part-time students depending on the duration of their course. First issued cards will be free of charge but replacement card will incur a fee. Please refer to the student handbook for more information or contact the admissions office.

• If you have any further queries regarding your TCard account and money debited / credited to it provided you have firstly looked at your transactions on the online web interface (http://tcard.ittralee.ie)

Computer Services
North or South Campus - NC Helpdesk (S200) or SC Tech Office (C111)

• Receive your password, so you can view your balance.
• If you have any technical queries, if you find you have problems printing or if a swipe reader isn't reading your card.

Admissions Office
North Campus - Bus/IT Building - Opposite Security
